Difficulties related to ADHD/Autism, including ADHD coaching
Identity-affirming LGBTQIA+ support
Parent-coaching, bonding
Navigating complex family dynamics
Understanding interpersonal relationships, including romantic relationships, family relationships, friendships, and professional relationships
Stress management, coping strategies, and communication skills
Managing life transitions, such as break-ups, relocation/moving, and career changes
Parent-coaching, including attachment-security, parent-child bonding, navigating co-parenting struggles, and adjustment to becoming a new parent
Grief and loss
With Whom do i work, Where, and how?
I am happy to offer both in-person sessions and online sessions/e-therapy, depending on the needs of the client at hand. If appropriate, online sessions are offered to clients via a secure video-chat platform (Owl Practice).
I enjoy working with clients of all ages! I regularly see individual adults and youth**, as well as parents and families.
**Where clients are children under the age of 13, my preference is always to include parents in our work, at least periodically and while still respecting client confidentiality; this includes a parents-only session at the beginning of our work together.
To schedule a brief complimentary consultation or to speak to me directly about working together, please feel free to contact me here. To discuss working together specifically through The Oak Centre for Child & Family Psychology, please feel free to contact the clinic directly.
